Our Conservatory restaurant boasts one of the best locations in town, overlooking Eastbourne's Town Hall. It's casual, elegant layout and rustic charm makes it the ideal venue for an unforgettable dining experience.

Here at Bibendum we are proud of our food, and all the dishes are freshly prepared on the premises from carefully sourced, premium ingredients. Our menus change regularly according to the produce available for that season or the feedback from our customers, as we are always happy to tailor make a special menu for that special occasion.
